Resurrection Lutheran Church - Woodbury, MN
Do you have a passion for contemporary Christian music and an appreciation for traditional Christian hymns? A young, growing congregation in Woodbury, MN is seeking a full time Worship Leader. Resurrection is a 9 year old congregation with primarily young suburban families and has been in its first building for 4 years. In addition to leading worship, this person will provide leadership for the worship planning process, musical aspects of worship services and community life at Resurrection to ensure excellence in all aspects of worship and music. You will be part of a team with five other full or part time church staff members.
Desired Qualifications of a Successful Candidate
§ Strong personal faith in Christ § BA in Music preferred § Experience leading contemporary Christian music § Ability to create, compose and arrange music § Piano and or guitar player
