Music Team

Job Description:  Create, with other members of a music team, a new music program for Faith Outfitters.  Options include forming a worship band to lead children’s singing during Sunday School and/or Trail Mix, recruiting guest musicians, or developing a children’s choir that practices before or after worship, as space and volunteer schedules allow.  This is a great opportunity to develop an exciting new part of our Faith Outfitters ministry!  Options for creative growth in this area are limitless!

Time Commitment:  4-8 hours per month -

Requirements:

• Musical interest and ability.

• Love and respect for children.

• Interest in finding suitable, inspiring music for kids.

• Ability to use provided materials to plan and lead regular music time.

Support Provided:

• Budget for sheet music and/or cassettes and cds.

• Basic supplies and growing music book library.

• Curriculum music materials.

• Co-leaders.

• Prayer.

• As needed from Director of Children’s Ministries and Pastor.
