Offering Project Coordinator

Job Description:  Select three offering projects for the year - one for the fall term (September - December), one for the spring term (January - May), and one for the summer (primarily Vacation Bible School).  Review list of past projects and choose worthy organizations to receive children’s offering contributions.  Coordinator should balance local and more widespread needs.

Time Commitment:  1 - 2 hours per month

Requirements:

• Research and organize recipients of children’s offering

• Build excitement for project among the Sunday School Sunday School children

• Create ways to share progress with children, teachers, and parents.

Support Provided:

• Lists of past projects
• Possible project ideas
• Reimbursement for needed materials
• Prayer
• As needed from Director of Children’s Ministries and Pastor.
